It’s meant to be “dismissive” as though you can’t be bothered to remember the acronym because it’s not something that you care about or believe in

Yes, it's meant to convey the fact that the rest of us are tired of hearing about (last time I Googled it) 76 made up fantasy genders for damaged, confused, attention seeking personalities. We are sick of the stupid pronoun thing. My pronouns are Fuck/Off.

Does this really impact your daily life? The only time I hear about pronouns or anything is online. I never run into people forcing each other to use pronouns in real life to a point where someone's sick and tired of it lol. Such drama

Well, LGBTQ people created the alphabet name, so it shouldn't be offensive to them.

I have seen a plus sign (+) at the end of the letters. Indicating that there could be more letters to add. So alphabet people is more inclusive. Do not want to offend anyone by not including them!

I'd ask them what they think of it. If you think about it, there are fewer letters to type out in "LGBTQ+" then there are in "alphabet".
