Win the war... This means that the Islamic theocratic regime in Iran is over. Do that, and the rest falls into place - sponsorship for terrorism groups, Hamas, Houthis, and Hezzbollah; no more "Death to America" chants; no more the world being held hostage by Iran over the Strait of Hormuz.

They should be eliminated, pure and simple. Almost 50 years of their horseshit, they have taught the world who they are. Eliminate them and the era of attempted Islamic theocracies (like ISIS) will eventually come to an end.

A ceasefire isn't a conclusion. People need to temper their expectations a lot. I'm expecting Iran to violate the cease-fire, and for things to heat up again for a while. I would love to be wrong, but I don't think things are going to just wind down.
