If both rich and poor are stuck in traffic, does money really matter?

Mostly no, in the sense they can't get anywhere any faster than anyone else. Maybe a little though, in the sense they might be more comfortable in their fancy seats and can spend some time enjoying whatever amenities their car has that the other ones don't to pass the time stuck in traffic.
I've never used a helicopter before, I'll give it a try
as everyone else has already pointed it out...
I'll just mention the one city with the biggest fleet of "helicopter taxi rides" just so for the rich, not having to deal with the "poor traffic" urbanization chaos... lol
and that's Sao Paulo, in Brazil... with around 600 helicopters operating at the time, and it would make a trip to be just 20 minutes time... instead of several hours stuck on land, lol
I'd rather be stuck in a comfy air conditioned car with a real sound system then a piece of shit that might overheat if I don't start moving soon. I've experienced both.
At that point no, not really, in terms of getting where you’re headed on time. However it probably makes a difference in the type of car you’re cocooned in while waiting in the traffic jam. One would probably be more roomy, luxurious, and comfortable. …lol

Money matters. Wealth is power. And power corrupts people. This simple traffic analogy is a weak attempt to garner sympathy for the 1%. I'm not buying it.
The rich guy would have nice aircon, more comfy seats, could uber eats it to his car. May be m9ving at same speed but rich guy would be more comfortable
Guess you're not rich enough if you don't fly with your private helicopter.
So why would I buy a luxury car if I want to travel in my private jet?
To take it out on your private race track.
I agree with you
Only because the money would determine the comfort of the car you could be in, as in without the money a 10+ yearold beater, with the money a Bentley Continental GT W12.
Their mode of transportation is likely far more comfortable. If they're really wealthy, they don't get stuck in traffic, they use a helicopter!
I'd rather sit in traffic in a late model Mercedes than a used Dodge
The rich person probably sits in a limousine or a van with a driver and can work.
Depends on if you're driving or driven
Driven you can run a meeting on speakerphone in a massager seat with a whisky
Yes because a rich hired someone else to drive! No stresses nor frustration! just read while waiting. And in a "stocked" car with drinks! Money helps!
It doesn't help in some situations, but it can often buy convenience -- better seats pretty much everywhere, faster service, any amenity that can be sold is on the market these days.
Nope. i always say that when it rains , everyone gets wet.
And god mercy even rain falls on iran. Rarely.
And that, folks, is exactly why I stopped driving decades ago. I live on an island and walk everywhere, and taking a cab only occasionally.
In that moment, no.
As soon as they make it to destination, yes it goes back to metering
Indeed everyone can experience traffic
The great equaliser is traffic 🚦 ⛔ 🛣️ gridlock
A Bentley is more comfortable than a Suzuki Sidekick. So there's that.
it matters, if you are rich you use a helicopter for transportation.
well if you're rich, you could take the helicopter and avoid traffic in the first place.
It may not matter all that much since time is time, no matter whose time it is. It runs at the same rate.
Money matters mainly for our essentials.
Besides that, hardly nothing else but to flex ego if that's what a person is into.
Yes. The rich don't have to worry about their car overheating!
Rich people can use private helicopter, so they don't care about the traffic on the streets.
I'd have to guess not!
A rich man can relax on his massage seat.
Death is the great equalizer
Nope.
Why wouldn’t it matter to both?
Of course not.
Money doesn't matter
You win the stupidest question of the year.
Damn bro
Valid point
