In modern usage Allah means "The god". Arab Christians use the word Allah to refer to "the God" Yahweh and they believe in a the Triune God of Christianity that is One Essence, Three Persons. So when a Christian President praising Allah to the Arab world he isn't talking about the same Allah, or "the god" that Muslims worship, given that Muslims worship the anti-Christ. I personally don't refer to Yahweh as Allah, but modern Arab Christians do so it's easy to see what Trump is saying. That said I don't think Arab Christians should use that term for Yahweh given that they only started using it after the Muslim conquest of the region to basically avoid genocide...
