For those that dont know, This girl in NY State delivered to a man who was crashed out on his couch. She took video of him on his couch with his shorts down. She posted said video on TikTok. The police had ring footage of her actually pushing the door open. The delivery instructions specifically said to leave it on the door step. Which she failed to do. Now she's been indicted on two felony charges and faces 8 years in prison.

Honestly i support this. She doesn't get to cry wolf while at the same time accusing the home owner of SA.

I'd like to see her go away for at least 2 years. The lawyer dude on YouTube thinks she'll get 6 months which feels like something an NY judge might do. Though I know if they don't like you out there they can be pretty harsh.

I say give her 8 years and let a committee decide if she learned her lesson early when her case goes up for review. Even if she gets out early on probation or whatever, I'd say being on thin ice after some time in jail is exactly what she needs. That guy's live was very close to being completely fucked. And he's the perfect person to make an example out of.

It's a worthy lesson in common sense, which a lot of people don't have. not so sure about 8 years in prison, whats the real damages and what's real punishment that corrects the behavior and educates.

Yes. If she had at least taken accountability then I would say I hope she doesn't have to serve the full 8 years, but from what I've seen she still thinks she hasn't done anything wrong so it's good that she'll have a lot of time to think about it while she's locked up.
