Well the city is out of money, so now city workers will start missing paychecks. Sanitation will break down and it will be hot garbage all summer. The rats will run wild. Crime is already out of control but it will spike even higher as things get hot and tempers flare. Transportation will break down. Health care services will struggle. The city will have no money for maintenance. Teachers might strike. Then anyone with the means to do so and any common sense will resort to plan B and move down the road to Florida. It's crazy how well he is mimics Homer Simpson.
