He speaks positively about Trudeau’s physical appearance but since Jimmy Kimmel is an American I assume he hasn’t paid much attention to Canadian Politics so all he can go off is Trudeau’s looks.

That is not really a good reason to insult him regarding his looks, but I gather that Kimmel thinks that doing that will upset Trump tremendously, which apparently it does.
