How could President Biden NOT see video of himself in public and NOT know he was ailing?

In many pre 2026 videos of Biden in several social events, it was clear from watching him basically 'paralyzed' or not knowing which way to exit stage, where to stand, and the wondering off to talk to the Parachutists during a photo Opp, that he was in really serious mental/physical condition. How could he and his handlers not know and understand that? I would think that watching some of those videos of himself would have been embarrassing, or humiliating for him, and that he would NEVER think of running again.
