These are the only 3 presidents in US history who did NOT wage war or sanction military actions on foreign soil.
And Harrison died within 32 days of taking office, Taylor within 16 months…

This means every single president before or since them waged some kind of war

No he's not uniquely barbaric for doing this. He is uniquely stupid for doing itbecause he started a war that he didn't plan for and a war that he can't win and that it's eating up ridiculous amounts of money and returning nothing. It's also a war that has cut off 20% of the world oil supply and that also includes oil supply at the US which is needed. None of the people that you mentioned have done anything given close to this nor did they constantly lie and change their war plans like Trump keeps doing.
