In an all‑out war scenario, should Iran just surrender to avoid destruction?

So we're apparently bombing a country called Iran coast to coast. They're out of everything and the president just want them to hand over some bomb material. Shouldn't they just do what the president wants so he doesn't obliterate the entire country? Everyone in the world knows the president means business. It's not Joe and his girl Kammalla anymore

So, when you say “all-out war” you’re talking about the a-bomb right? Because this is already war without the bombing. If we drop the a-bomb, the United States loses access to the strait of hormuz entirely because it will be too dangerous for any ships to sail there. Remember Chernobyl? Remember Hiroshima? You still can’t live in those places. It’s been decades on decades and you still can’t live there. We’re not bombing Iran.
