Visa's are pretty normal requirements in most countries. So too are bank statements to show you are financial and can support yourself and most counties do require this.

You seem to feel entitled but most countries don't see it that way.

My one month paycheck is bigger then their 1 year one and prices are cheap.

Their principle is that you should not be a cost to the host country. It does depend on long your stay will be. Two weeks is safe. A year might be riskier.
