How come Asian people move to Western countries, but Westerners don't move to Asian countries?

If you travel to the U. S., Australia, Canada, or countries in Europe, you'll find large East Asian communities (Chinatowns, Korean towns, Little Tokyo, etc.). But if you travel to East Asian nations, like Japan or Korea, sure, you'll find some Westerners here and there, but there aren't large communities of Westerners. Why is this?

Several reasons: not feeling welcome, not feeling a part of a MUCH longer-established culture, not having a base of expats to commune with (how many people would come from those parts of the world if others hadn't already paved the way for them?), and MUCH higher population densities in many of those places (compare the population densities, especially of urban areas), just off the top of my head. There's probably also some element of "THIS is where people want to be; why would we go to the places people want to get away from? We're the center of world", kind of like what China used to back, way back when- why do you think they called themselves "the Middle Kingdom"? It wasn't just lousy cartography.

Different cultures, a lot of Americans really invest their self into their culture and changing their culture would be a form of rejection of their self so they hate the idea. Also, not all Asian cultures are particularly kind to foreigners, there are some shops in Japan that are just no foreigners allowed.

I've only known a handful of Japanese people, I would say that biracial people get less discrimination but there is still some. And if anything there is usually worse racism among a group like that. Especially in a relatively wealthy country like Japan, I could see it happening that they look down on other Asians from less wealthy countries, especially if they are coming up to do migrant labor or immigrate illegally. You see the same thing with Europeans, the ones in the West look down hard on the ones in the south and the east

Chinese is a very hard language to learn and employment in China is competitive and based on things you can’t change, like your IQ or your facial beauty.

Chinatown in my city (Seattle) got wrecked! They broke windows and graffiti the neighborhood cuz COVID then 2 years later there more white then Asian and 50 homeless loiterers took over little Saigon up the street,

we have another city across the lake, Bellevue, it’s getting almost as big and that’s where Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos live, that city is doing good.

Asian countries don’t allow you to become citizens for the most part, probably why they don’t have large populations of farang, where in USA we have 50 million foreign born immigrants, my grandmother being one 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Because it's not easy to work in Asia if you don't speak the language and they have different immigration policies.
But I think you'll see more Westerners attempting to work in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa since Western governments are deliberately reducing economic growth in their own countries.

Also if you did your homework you'd know that his story is not at all unique, they've been very hostile to westerners in recent years, driving lots out of the country even if they're breaking up families and causing misery.
