What do you think of these changes to all federally elected and congressionally confirmed offices?

1. All government offices should be term limited to age 80. That includes the president, Congress and the Supreme Court.

2. All employees government agencies, except the Pentagon and Supreme court should be distributed proportionately by state.

3. All government officers, elected, appointed and confirmed should be subject to some form of impeachment and removal.

4. All federal government service unions should be sunsetted and then banned.

That's a start.
