IN addition to famine, 28 of the 35 Deadliest Tropical Cyclones in World History happened during Volcanic Winter years, not Global Warming years.

Hurricane Andrew is not one of the 35, but it did also happen in a Volcanic Winter year following Pinatubo eruption, in which the world climate was actually 1C colder that year than the multi- decadal average.

huh? volcano spew co2 that supposedly traps heat. not winter. the many eruptions still don't block sky. but the fact so much is pumped out is like: if five people are smoking in a bus, why can't i smoke? it is already smokey!

Volcanoes globally ADD 300 million metric TONS of CO2 each year. think of how gasses weigh so LITTLE but tons of co2!

Volcanoes cause net cooling. It's complicated, but trust me. Sulfur Dioxide and ash from the strongest eruptions blocks the Sun for years at a time, causing volcanic cooling.

I live in Louisiana on the Northshore near Lake Maurepas north of New Orleans. People think Katrina was the "worst case scenario" hurricane, but it absolutely was not. The worst case scenario is a 195mph landfall directly on New Orleans with a large circulation the size of Haiyan. Katrina officially made landfall as only a 125mph hurricane.

I've been in 6 hours of Category 2 winds gusting to Category 4 winds before in Hurricane Ida, and that blows down 1 out of every 3 trees in the forest. That was from a 150mph landfall near Port Fourchon, LA. A 195mph landfall in the same location would utterly destroy New Orleans and all of the cities on the Northshore too. It would still be a Category 5 by the time it reached my family's house on the Northshore, and even though our house is foam panel construction greatly exceeding Andrew Code and Katrina Code, I bet such a storm would destroy my house too even that far inland.
