With prices so high, should Trump be sending out another stimulus check?

This economy is the worst I ever experienced in my lifetime so far , why isn’t Trump sending us a stimulus check? Like wtf is happening to this country , so many people are struggling to get by these days , including myself , I am trying to do everything I can to keep my head above water but it hasn’t been easy , Trump claims he wants to make America great again , but all I see is it getting worse. What’s your thoughts on this?

Realistically that potential stimulus is going into us treasury bonds. It's helping out end of life boomers with their investments. Low risk low return investment strategies.

Bond yeilds are super high too. so that basically means usa credit card intrest rate is going up too. We're basically at a wall that way to get stimulus checks and money has to start coming from somewhere.

Alaska had the PFD that let's it's yearly UBI from the oil. Usa as a whole could do something similar but what resources should we use? AI and automation is a good contender. Andrew yang was talking about that back in 2015.

I can see why that would be a good idea. But it could not be a check. Cuz all we do is either save it or spend it on fast food, drugs or alcohol. But if you made it into a credit card that can't be used at an ATM and cany be reloaded then you could spend it but you'd have to spend it at a vendor which puts money back into the economy.

All I am saying something needs to change soon because this country has gone to hell in a hand basket with the price of things , I can’t even go to the grocery store without dropping a few hundred bucks on a small amount of groceries , the gas prices are outrageous amongst a lot of other things as well. If the prices don’t come down anytime soon , a lot of people are going to lose what they worked hard for their whole lives , including myself , I can barely pay my bills now and I am close to losing my home , which I now trying to sell before I do so. I been a hard worker my whole life and I never experienced anything like this in my lifetime. So yes a stimulus check or something would be nice because this country is falling apart big time there is no reason for this nonsense

I think the roots of this problem that you are having and that many people are having is the fact that Trump saw fit to start a war with Iran for no apparent reasons and if any planning was done at all it was done very poorly and as a result Iran is winning in that they control the strait of Hormuz through which 20% of the world's oil supply used to pass. The Iranians simply shut down the traffic through there and there is a huge shortage of oil as a result. This means that anything re that depends on oil like transportation or fertilizer or many many other things is an extremely short supply if available at all. If we stopped tolerating Trump and stopped tolerating this war, the problems would be likely to be alleviated if not completely stopped. Still even in the face of this and the impending depression in this country, nobody seems to have the guts to stop Trump. Everybody is still too afraid of him.
