Trending & News It depends. Sometimes I wake up, put on a pair of shoes and a shirt and goto the supermarket looking absolutely crazy. I've noticed some people think it's funny but most people try to pretend like they don't notice.
Most of the time I'm dressed pretty casual and I can tell I'm attractive because I'll get a mix of people staring at me, looking down, smiles etc. When a kid runs up to me, the parents are slower to approach, faster to smile if I talk to them than I've noticed for other people.
But what's fun is some people look at me and just get angry. Which took me a long time to understand was jealousy. It used to feed into my depression 😂
in new york people don't talk to strangers. lady avoided looking at me. we each ride bus in a separate world. except some muslim lady wearing traditional hijab. she smiled at me. i know this is not 'flirt' because she is wearing hijab. but her culture obligated her to smile for men.
in a city, usually neutral or slight smile. In the country side, smile & hello

Disgusted faces lololol, no, hell, no !
But maybe it isn't that funny when I think of the few people who must face that in daily life...
Anyway, neutral expression is what I face, I assume it should be the case for the vast majority of inhabitants of cities. When I'm in the sticks, there's sometimes a "slight smile and hello" yep, which is consistent with behaviours and social rituals I expect from people in the sticks.
And that includes me, I adapt to the "in the sticks" ambiance, so I somewhat greet people there, a thing I would never do in hometown
how far though... most of the people around my house knows me already, lol
Such a communist bro ๐
@Maybe_Maybe_not socialism... right?
Ah these terms are tricky, I remember talking with the father of a friend, growing in USSR, when I spoke of communism, he smiled at me, saying "was it? Or was it socialism". Cool guy ๐
@Maybe_Maybe_not be glad I'm not the typical American... lol
I know precisely enough who I'm talking to, by now hehe
