Before I was a moron, and didn't respect myself. I was a good person and still am but dang but of how much of a wuss I was before. I hit up people more than once if they didn't respond back within hours, call them first , text them or call them first always despite knowing it should go both ways, etc. I eventually decided to stop cause I got tired of putting up with shit from people.

Support and respect is a two way street.

With a job I get it. Break your leg and can't work. you can't pay your health insurance. They stop insurering you.

If You got a family or found family that will help you think or thin so if you have a broken leg. They will help you get to your doctor appointments as much as you will help them to theirs. Same with groceries and cleaning too.

I never really kissed anyones a**. But there was a time when i was more concerned about what people thought. Now i don't really give a f***. Don't get me wrong i'm not an a**hole (though i can be when i want to be). I'm still polite. But i don't really care if you or anyone for that matter accept me. I learned some time ago what people think of you seldom has much of anything to do with you. When you realize that, you start living life on your terms.👍
