A cold blooded murder got convicted of murder. What where you expecting? Being that he murdered a child it probably should have been the death penalty.

  Murder of a child is an aggravating circumstance that can subject a defendant to the death penalty in many states. In Texas I think they draw the line at 10 years old or younger so he skated by with a slap on the wrist...
