I remember under Biden seeing all the republicans on the site complain about inflation. Why do you now love it, just because it is under Donald Trump?

Same reason why they bash Biden Admin for high gas prices in 2022, but ignore the fact their gas prices once went above that ‘22 high and same reason why they bashed Biden Admin for inflation. Opportunity to seize the seat he so sought after.

Trump’s possible motivations of course being 1) enrichment for his organization which he himself benefits from 2) he felt entitled to power, since 2012 to 2020 he consistently said the message “if Democrats win, it was rigged and we should possibly host a revolution against the USA”. 3) So he can have revenge against his perceived political enemies and threats to his ego driven power 4) not wanting to go to prison for his many many criminal offenses also face his many civil lawsuits that he was able to squeak by given his Executive Privilege also wouldn’t be able to tell DOJ to look the other way as he is doing in this administration also quite possibly the last one.

Trump hated inflation, seeing it as the worst possible political stance to defend which is why he took the opportunity to run 2024 as “affordability”. Also hated war, seeing it as the worst possible political stance to defend Israel’s genocide of Palestinians he ran on a policy of “no new wars”. As we all know, now the most convenient thing for this opportunistic imperialist selfish pea brained sleepy ass loser to do is cancel affordability and start new global conflicts because that’s where the money is.

There's different kinds of inflation. There's Democrat inflation, which generally is designed to make people feel good despite the detriment it causes, and the there's Republican inflation, which we actually get a return on.

See tariffs, yes they cause an increase in price of goods ("inflation"), but the result is more U. S. jobs and investment. While simultaneously allowing U. S. consumers the opportunity to opt out of by not consuming. It is the luxury tax Dems have been begging for for years.

Republicans remember when inflation was 9.9 percent when Biden was president so 3 5 percent does not seem too bad. They know that after the thing in Iran is over it will drop below 2 percent and maybe 1 4 percent which what it was when Trump left office the first time

i think even most republicans didn't agree with the tarif situation. I think the Republicans who say they love it are just trying to make their decision make sense in hindsight by sacrificing their integrity with their own interest. I think the majority of republicans that are reasonable think that wasn't a good idea but all things considered trump still a better idea than letting Kamala become president.
