Are business or stockholders slow to complain money walks out the door to appease customers who complain?

Especially customers who raise trivial matters to deliberately get refunds, get additional compensation or entitlements, belittling. Etc.
The stockholders are the ones who lose out financially, and the businessmen.

You mean to the customer who is whining? Yes they are slow to complain about whiners, because whiners can never be appeased so there is no point.

@lazerbean you'd think the stockholders would make change or demand change if, I'd assume many businesses "lose or decline profits" because they appease customers for trivial disputes for compensation + refunds or replacements rather than demanding a stricter enforcement policy or stricter company code.
After all - like some movies show us - some customers know the system and know how to "milk" what's a complaint😭 what's a refund.
Over the slightest slight - surely in other fields they call those folks injustice collectors or nutcases 🥜

Not from the amount of YouTube videos and stories I hear and read online.
Even in fiction - ever seen Brad get fired at Fast Times at Ridgemont High movie? Customer knew exactly how to work "the system" of being "a customer" hook, line and sinker. Belittling is a one way street, customers walk all over employees sadly.
