Should I confront this yoga studio about their condescending behavior?

Long story short - they're kind of condescending/patronizing towards me.

Multiple instances of this.

if I were to guess although I am not sure but most likely - they are not very nice to the people who aren't bringing in the most $ for them.

That doesn't necessarily mean I'm doing anything wrong.

At this point I'm tired of this kind of behaviour and confused whether to address it with them or there's no point in terms of they've just decided to treat me badly.

Don't confront them till you're ready to leave.

People like that thrive on building a community around them and then bullying outsiders. If you ask me, you should be proud you don't fit in with people like that.

In time you'll realize you're more hurt because the experience wasn't what you were looking for more than anyone's rejection.

Don't spend time around people who aren't for you. It will just make you lose yourself.

If it's a chain inform their bosses, if they are completely private just don't go there and forget them. You write some shitty recension about them on 1000 business recension sites if you have time for that.

Put this all over yelp, google reviews any place else you can think of. Make sure everyone knows. It'll kill their buisiness. They shoul not be in buisiness at all.

See this is what I don't get. Their google reviews are positive. How? I don't get it.

However I did notice one thing recently someone had posted a pretty negative review and a few days later - they took it down.

So not sure if the reason they have positive reviews is that they are deleting negative reviews.

Sounds like something corrupt is going on. Us yelp and orher sites. For that matter print out a flyer and post it around town warning everyone what they're doing.

It's a waste of your time and it won't gain you anything. Just don't give them any money, don't patronize them, and go to a different studio. Go and tell all your friends what they did to you.

confrontation doesn't lead to people stopping bad behavior. it leads to defensive or aggressive behavior. so i don't recommend that route.

The thing is it's not a very big studio I doubt they have a full-fledged customer service team.

Plus I'm confused if the people who are treating me badly like is it because there's a culture there of treating anyone who isn't the most lucrative customer badly, or is it just those specific people who are acting that way.

I fear if I complain and it's the culture of the studio it won't make a difference.
