Do you stay out of office politics or get involved in workplace drama?

Even though I don't have to work anymore, but just in general people have been saying for decades to never talk about religion and/or politics with other people. Just don't do it.

Everyone has their own point of view about religion and politics and you might end up in an argument and even lose friends from discussing those two things.

It's best to not engage in those types of conversations.

if you do think I might know you then that's possible; but I am not referring to anything in particular. I just mean that with any job or work placement I've had I stayed out of all that stuff. In general and I'm genuinely curious about how others handle these things.
