Why are my neighbors so jealous of my new remodeled home?

They have no idea about my story or what I had to get through. I deserve this remodeled single family home. They live in a run down house which really isn't my fault. Why can't they be happy for me and let me be?

Because a lot of people in this world are jealous of other peoples’ success and happiness, and will do everything they can to rain on your parade , because they are jealous assholes , just ignore them and pay no attention to them whatsoever, and act like they don’t exist , That’s what I do when negative people try to rain on my parade , they mean nothing to me and I won’t waste any of my time on them whatsoever, unless they have a change of attitude and are respectful and polite to me , but otherwise they don’t mean shit to me. A lot of people have a hard time accepting someone else’s’ positive things and the truth is that is their problem not yours, so again ignore them and focus on the positive people in your life instead, When I bought my home and fixed it up my one neighbor started shit with me , like she was jealous over what I did to my home , so I don’t even look her way anymore and don’t even waste my energy even talking to her , she called the cops on me a few times because I like having bonfires , and the smoke was going on her yard , when the cops came , I showed them my fire pit and they said you are doing nothing wrong and to just ignore her , and said if she calls us again for this you can file harassment and sue her ass , The cops knew she was a wack job as well. So we don’t even say a word to each other anymore , I just ignore her , my other neighbors told me to stay away from her as well because she’s fucked in the head

You have to understand in life does not matter who you are what you do because you have to except not all people are happy people there will always be someone to put you down

Are you sure they're actually jealous? Sometimes when we're proud of something we've worked hard for, it's easy to interpret people's reactions as envy. They may be indifferent, curious, or even dealing with their own struggles.

You absolutely deserve to enjoy your remodeled home, but don't let assumptions about your neighbors steal that joy. Focus on what you've achieved and let others feel however they choose. Their opinions don't change your accomplishment.

Could it be that your home has put up their rent and property taxes?

First place I rented in the US they purposefully kept bangers of cars on the street and rubbish on their lawn to keep rents and property taxes low

Basically, they are mad at themselves for not doing what you did to improve their house and property. Plus, they have a bad case of the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence

I'm not rich. But I am doing decent for myself. I am humbled. But they're invasive and tried breaking into my home. I had to have security installed professionally smh.

Absolutely. The times it happened was when I left my house and ironically both times they stood on their porch and watched me leave in the car. This happened during the day. A random burglar won't do this. It's someone studying closely which is them, unemployed and miserable.
