Why are my neighbors so obsessed with me?

They follow me room to room in my house, make noise and just assholes. This all started because of my innocent toddler playing and then they started complaining about me talking on my phone. They’re now facing eviction if they do not leave by a certain date by management. They’ve literally harassed me since I’ve moved in. I believe they did this to previous tenants too.

Toddlers will be toddlers. And if you got neighbors, you are bound to hear and bear some sounds? Why do they have to be such AHOLES about it. If they got so much issues, they can move out.

I'd just suggest you to have a nice and frank face to face talk with them. And if they still unrelent, call the cops? Or the local authorities.. whoever is responsible for keeping a check on issues like this..
