I've suggested in the past that we need a new system of government with the following attributes:

ONE FEDERAL LAW with one definition of Law and Crime which must be the same for all states and municipalities. State and Local governments should not have the power to pass "moral laws". They should only have the power to pass a budget for the local government and law enforcement.

This way, we would not have 51 competing definitions of murder, rape, etc, etc.

I have also suggested that we need to abolish the Supreme Court and have ONE Legislative body, which would be both Senate and Representatives in one House. Senators would get two votes while representatives would get one vote each. The Senators should be required to have a LAW DEGREE while representatives would not be required to have a law degree, but must pass an IQ test and score at least 115 (or some agreed upon number) to prove they are competent to write laws. It makes no sense that our LEGISLATURE is composed of people with little or no real training in the law... lol.

Instead of the Supreme Court, there should be a Judicial Committee in the Senate composed of the 50 most senior senators (1 per state) and that would be the Supreme Court.

The Declaration of Independence would be the Supreme Law of the Land, and any New Constitution would need to be ratified, but at least I'm suggesting a rational improvement, while what most people want is complete anarchy.

The office of President should be abolished, and a Prime Minister who would be limited to CIVILIAN POWERS would be appointed from among the Senators. A Chairman of the Joint Chiefs who would be the Supreme Commander of the Military, would also be elected by the Senators. The Supreme Commander would have no Constitutional authority whatsoever, except that the Senate VOTES him Authority as needed.

Riots would be considered "Rebellion and Insurrection" and punishable by either Life in prison or Death, depending on severity of the infractions involved.

All previous Treaties made under the existing Constitution would be legally Dissolved, and there would be a Constitutional Article BANNING the USA from giving Tax Dollars to foreign powers for any reason whatsoever without a popular vote supporting it.

Finally, in order to vote, you must fulfil all following conditions:

1) Be a legal Citizen.

2) Have a High School Diploma or GED.

3) Have no felony convictions.

4) Have Verbal IQ score in excess of 100.

It's preposterous that people who cannot even read the law get to vote on what the law actually happens to be.

Also, there would be an Article in the new constitution stating that Senators and Representatives cannot be paid during Government Shutdowns.

Also, Presidential Pardons and Governor's Pardons would be abolished, because they often use those powers to pardon their own corrupt supporters.

Only the Federal Senate should have the power to Pardon those falsely convicted in a Federal Court, and only a State's Senate should have the power to Pardon someone convicted in a State Court.

Also, all "Earned Income Credits" and "Refundable Child Tax Credits" would be abolished. We shouldn't be rewarding irresponsible or non-existent family planning..

Everyone should pay taxes within some reasonable limitations, and that also especially includes Billionaire corporations. There will be no provision to reduce the tax for anyone making above a half-million dollars per year net income.

Another thing, issues and I'll stop hogging the thread.

There should be a Constitutional Article BANNING all nuclear weapons and anti-matter weapons.

There should also be a Constitutional Article giving RIGHTS to the falsely convicted in cases where they are later PROVEN INOCENT, they should be paid reparations equal to their lost property plus interest plus their lost wages for time served in prison plus interest.

To pass a bill in the Senate and Representatives would require a 67% vote, and to veto would require both the Prime Minster and the Supreme Commander to veto. To override Veto would require a 75% plus 1 vote for the combined Senate and Representatives.

We should also require a "minority Report" for the minority party should have at least one member on the Prime Minster's Cabinet, AND all Territories not having States Rights get one Represenative in Congress.

By the way, I just saw an article on MSN stating that a bill has been introduced on the Senate to increase minimum wage to $25/hour. That is a bad idea, and will just inflate the dollar by an insane amount again. Everyone was better off when the Minimum Wage was $3 per hour.

I object to several clauses in the Bill of Rights, but I think people need more rights in some endeavors and fewer rights in others.

I thnk private citizens should be allowed to own a Revolver, either a.38 or a.45, which holds six rounds for self-defense. Law enforcement should be allowed to carry a.38 or.45 which holds a 12 round clip, because sometimes they are out-gunned by criminals. SWAT should be allowed to use military weapons because they must engage criminals armed with illegal weapons.

I actually don't believe we should have states nor states rights at all. I think we really need one government with one law, not 51 competing laws and 51 competing courts.

No sane nation is governed the way the USA is governed.

Abortion should be constitutionally banned except when the fetus is horribly deformed, and there should be a death penalty for violating this law.

Most abortions in the USA right now are happening just because the women are too evil and lazy to raise their own child. The Chinese banned abortion of girls, because they actually proved that the women in China were aborting their daughters just because they were female. It's true. Look it up. That's how evil the WOMEN really are, and you liberals in the USA keep supporting something that not even chinese communists support anymore.
