As Democrats keep getting even more hateful and insane, is it actually possible that they may pick AOC to be their candidate for president in 2028?

I'll admit that Democrats have gone off the deep end, probably out of desperation and fear. They have become anti-American certifiable communist Islamist lunatics. But I'm not sure they will pick AOC as their candidate in 2028. I mean when you are running for president you need to appoint someone dumber than you to be Vice President. So how can AOC do that?

You know, if said party would allow it, I would like to see Bobby Kennedy run in the Democrat primaries. I suppose the party apparatchiks would squelch him, but here is a man who was willing to "reach across the aisle" and work in the Trump Administration. A man who probably IS still more left leaning that the GOP rank and file, but he could work in the Trump Administration toward the Health program and Social program reforms he wanted.

It would be nice to actually have a general election where I could actually stop and consider the two alternatives, rather than just knee-jerk Republican because the Democrats have gone full blown Demunist or Commiecrat. I suppose between RFK and JD Vance or Ron DeSantis, I might still vote for the latter, but I would have to think about it and really weigh the pros and cons. And that would be great!

Very good points. But I think the possibility of Democrats picking Kennedy are about as good as their picking Trump... that is none. They are terrified of the radical communist "Democrat Socialists" who are ascending in their party and punishing anyone who doesn't spout their propaganda. Normal, moderate Democrats, are kowtowing to these communist Islamists as they see them gaining power. They are terrified not to for fear of losing their policial careers. Yesterday's primary elections made it far worse yet. These Islamo commie thugs now control America's largest city.

Democrats are more likely than ever to put up someone like AOC to appeal to younger voters. A recent survey showed that younger voters favor socialism over capitalism. No surprise since they have been indoctrinated for at least a couple of generations now in the schools and by the media to become good socialists and communists because capitalism, and therefore America is evil.

Personally I am liking Marco Rubio more and more. I am somewhat disappointed in JD Vance although I would certainly choose him over anything the Democrats offer.
