Why do some people say add the word biological in front of male or female?

You could just say trans women are male and trans men are female.

Male and female are sexes.
Even many transgender people say sex and gender are different.

I don’t see the point of adding the word biological in front of the words male or female.

in order to blur the meaning of the word 'male' and destroy its real definition. it will only be used alone, 'male' for animals. for people, will attach words to 'male' either attach biology or sis or trans. not say it alone. male alone will include more like 'apple' included many varieties of apple. but we would never add to 'human' like italian human or African human. would we?
