The Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal from Trump regarding the money award that E. Jean Carroll got against him. I contend that it doesn't matter one bit, because he is never going to pay her.
Nobody is going to try to enforce a money judgment against Trump, and if someone does try, they will not succeed. The whole thing was a waste of time on her part - as a practical matter, Trump seems to be immune from any laws at all, considering that he actually has started a war without congressional approval, and nobody has done a single thing about it.

Well new York changed the law to get Trump and now there will be serious consequences for innocent men accused falsely of rape. Imagine not being able to declare yourself innocent of a rape accusation despite never being convicted let alone being convicted. Its the one crime in new york that you can't declare yourself innocent of. Real 1984 fascist stuff.

It's been like that everywhere for quite some time. When a woman accuses a man of rape, he is far more likely to be convicted than to be found innocent, no matter whether he's done anything or not.

Just because the Supreme Court will not hear the case is not the same as if they ruled in the crazy woman;s favor. There are other legal avenues that he will pursue.

If the Supreme Court refuses to hear an appeal, then it means that they let the existing verdict stand, which is in fact in her favor. She went to the Supreme Court trying to get things changed, and they essentially refused to do it. That effectively is a ruling in her favor.

It just means that the existing ruling still stands. Trump still can use the appeals process after his term is over. This can drag out for years until thry are both dead. She will not see a dime.

She was unjust in saying he raped her... total BS and she knows it, but it's her view. I can only tell other guys, you better be very careful messing with females, they have a lot of power. They can even lie, be delusional... and nail your A$$. A guy could never claim what she claimed, and win. The evidence I heard was not enough to convict most. I've send guys walk with more evidence. Nearly identical scenario in Kobe Bryant... she didn't even flirt, and he raped her, legit, but he walked. Why? They didn't want to get him. The love Kobe... because he plays basketball. What a bunch of delusional, unfair, mind controlled morons society is. And that girl got nothing but a slap in the face from society.

It is unfortunate a judgement cannot be enforced with prison and such but that's now a double edged sword. If I lose a case, then I don't have to pay either, right? So there is no law then... and that's a problem. Think it's only at the top... think again, it's at the top and bottom. We have repeat criminals that get away with stuff all the time.

It is an interesting issue is all I'll say. When one is sexually assaulted, doesn't complain to their manager, the store, or their friends. Doen't call police, doesn't get a rape kit, doesn't ask them to check store videos... possibly brags about it... doesn't say anything for 20-30-40 years... what should the law be? How does one make amends for long term offenses? There's been a string of these from "high profile" people lately.

Maybe it's time to create a new clothing apparel company... "NoWNoRing".

What I take out of this... I know this... no other women are following me into my dressing room other than wife.

Keep in mind no woman, including your wife, is safe to be around. For instance, hypothetically, if your wife were to get angry and call the police and tell them that you had threatened her, they would take you straight to jail. They might not charge you, but I guarantee you would go straight to jail. I know because it's happened to me.

I am aware of that and it happened to a relative. We argued at one point and I called the police, they told me the same. We worked it out and are at peace now.
I'll also caveat that people do go legit "crazy", lose their minds. I've had a friend in that scenario, and he... lucky for him... she divorced him, because she lost it.

All that should be in a class for people whom are getting into relationships. But it can be good, most people around me are doing well and doing good, even young. But you have to understand the rules.

When you see men on the streets, give them an extra hand of empathy and compassion.

And ya just hope it isn't you someday and work towards good relationships.

Women have a lot of power in the system, so you have to be careful.

Look at hugh hefer and his possy of guys... can get away with a lot with women, but have to understand reality of them, each is a human being. Had trump married her long ago, she'd be happy as a clam til the divorce.

If you marry a woman and she is in your home, it's like having a person in your home who carries a loaded weapon. That person has carte blanche to use that weapon on you any time that she feels like is appropriate or desirable. You, on the other hand, are not allowed to defend yourself, and you are not allowed to have a weapon. Those things alone will be enough to send you to jail. If you call the police on your wife, the police will come to your house and they will arrest you, not your wife. What do you think about that scenario?

I have lots of thoughts.
I think that's a real scenario... maybe the "vows" should be updated, but it's simple... it's not easy to love another and it's not easy to see ourselves, as we can be the catalyst to setting them off. A therapist described it well in my ripe time of misery as "the broken pieces of me love the broken pieces of you". That set off a mental bomb for me on how I got there.
Police are not fair, they want control and order, not fairness. So the guy usually wins and must submit. They leave it to court, where it also is not fair, although I will say, I've seen women abused and come up short there as well.
It will make you question what love is, if everyone sees it the same.

Fundamentally, women want security and resources to make their offspring. Male is a path to achieve that. They thus want control, have their own unique views of right and wrong, and it can be tough and stressful to work through daily issues with another very different brain. The more you see it the same, the less friction. The inner "chooser" I find is guided by a damaged set of emotions which is the source the problem, but also part of the design where love "resolves" itself the only way possible... by suffering. Choosing differently gets much better results.
Same reality above exists, but you don't set off the bombs that go there. Most women I know, have been reasonable. But a few have truly lost their minds by way of disease. Most are relatively speaking, reasonable.

E Jean scenario should have never happened. The "wages of sin" is death remains true. It be easy for to make a mistake dating, in daily life, and end up in prison. the more you give the woman what she wants, the less the problems there are. But don't go too far with that thought... some are spoiled. Again, the chooser has to choose wisely on character.

Women don't realize that they effectively are using a nuclear bomb on the relationship, and they call the cops on a guy because the guy is going to get taken to jail. Any guy with an ounce of sanity will never speak to or be anywhere near that woman again. No woman is worth that risk.

The testacles are the source of the problem, else girls would remain as annoying as they were when were kids. Yes, $ is control, etc.. they are all about security, but fundamentally insecure and hormonally unstable. Again, I learned a lot from Genesis 2 and 3 once I read it certain ways. In other words, that's how it is.
Most people around me are successful in relationships. A few go way bad, usually around alcohol. My rule is I try to REALLY listen to my wife and agree with her most of the time, find a way to seek agreement and compromise if necessary. Rarely only necessary do I hold my ground on an issue, and she does the same. That works, but we are very similar thinking. There's tons of issues that can come up that are big ones, areas for conflict.
Most guys I know are way better off with their wives, their wives improved their lives. Some would disagree with that, but they mean well. That said, everyone is selfish, has their limitations and humanness, and everyone is unique to deal with.
I think males have always been a bit of a sacrifice, in most creatures, that is true.
