The Supreme Court just ruled this morning that Alabama's 2021-enacted congressional map violated the Voting Rights Act of 1965 because it unfairly diluted Black political power.

The fairest solution in my opinion would be to have a computer program that creates districts in each state that has more than one House member. The districts should be as compact as possible and as near to evenly populated as possible, without regards to any political or other demographic. Take it away from the politicians, who often get together to protect their friends in both parties at the expense of the all the people in the state.

Gerrymandering has historically been a Republican issue at the state level for decades, but Democrats, particularly in New York, aren't too shabby at it either:

In Massachusetts Barney Frank's district was set up to get all liberals. It went from poor urban centers with mostly welfare recipients to Cambridge where Harvard is. This goes on everywhere.

When Biden fell down last week in Colorado it got all the attention that nobody paid any attention when he said that the current class was the most diverse in history. Obama saw people as black or white. The white people were all immoral and all the black people were oppressed. The democratic party adopted this victimhood idea because it got them votes. Judging people by race is racist. Selecting people for jobs by race is racist. Giving government benefits according to race is racist.

Inasmuch as you think that Trump could declassify documents all on his own, here is a legal opinion: "One theory floated by Trump defenders is that by simply handling the materials as president, Trump could have effectively declassified them. When you promise to give aid to farmers but only to black farmers , that is racist, When you offer financial aid to students but only black students that is racist. That is my point.

Biden was only going to give aid to black farmers but there was such an outcry he rescinded it. Asfor the financial aid, It is all true because i personally lived through it. First with myself and then with my kids.

I am living proof of the latter. I went to school with black kids that got full scholarships because of the color of their skin. I applied for aid every year and every year it was always a bunch of excuses. Eventually I fell behind on tuition and had to drop out.
