Why don't arab countries invest more in school education? in student time and quality?

okay before you call me a *hypocrit for no capitals and wrong spelling. that is just easier for typing. not that i don't know traditional wasteful spelling like 'eight weight nyt night' etc. after a dot. Capital.

anyway! arab countries participated in pisa international tests. the results are on average: 70 points lower than Europe average. a. i. detailed the facts. without insults. but i know such facts will get censored online so i can't quote it. not only are arab countries below average in bottom 3rd of 80 country. but not ten points below. big gap: 70 to 110 points below average. now that this is public Why don't arab countries invest more in school education? in student time and quality?

iran (not arab) instead of a mighty IRGC with expensive radar that keeps getting destroyed and lots of speed boats and bazooka, why not more school time for teachers to advance? and as a result more math and al-gebra class time (ironic i noticed) for students to advance? those oil countries turn that sale money income to educate teachers and teach students longer hours so why not?

Largely depends on the Arab countries. Saudi Arabia, Oman, Emirates etc send their students abroad to be educated although theyve stopped sending them to Britain because of fears of them being radicalised by jihadis and probably the knife crime problem.

Other countries like Pakistan and Afghanistan have a problem with cousin marraige and niece marraige. This causes a lowering of iq and other physical and mental problems. Like sure first generation there might be no problem but generation after generation after generation after generation it really starts to show. There is a real problem with cousin marraige in the uk among Pakistani and other muslim groups. Cousin marraige is not illegal in the uk because white people there generally dont do that. Recently the labour government shut down making cousin marraige ilegal due to Muslim mps in their party and even the NHS released information about the benefits of cousin marraige. Fact is Pakistanis in Britain represent disproportionately the largest group of infant death and children born with physical and mental handicaps that all grow up to be a burden on uk taxpayers with extra welfare payments, social housing, medical treatments and even special disability cars.
