Why don't arab countries invest more in school education? in student time and quality?

okay before you call me a *hypocrit for no capitals and wrong spelling. that is just easier for typing. not that i don't know traditional wasteful spelling like 'eight weight nyt night' etc. after a dot. Capital.

anyway! arab countries participated in pisa international tests. the results are on average: 70 points lower than Europe average. a. i. detailed the facts. without insults. but i know such facts will get censored online so i can't quote it. not only are arab countries below average in bottom 3rd of 80 country. but not ten points below. big gap: 70 to 110 points below average. now that this is public Why don't arab countries invest more in school education? in student time and quality?

iran (not arab) instead of a mighty IRGC with expensive radar that keeps getting destroyed and lots of speed boats and bazooka, why not more school time for teachers to advance? and as a result more math and al-gebra class time (ironic i noticed) for students to advance? those oil countries turn that sale money income to educate teachers and teach students longer hours so why not?
