Based on reports I have read the reason behind it was because they viewed the LGBT ship as not meeting their moral standards.
Turkey is a Muslim majority country so this doesn’t surprise me they view the ship that way.

The reason Turkey didn’t want the cruise ship docking is because they said it doesn’t meet their moral standards.
There was over 1,000 LGBT people on board the cruise ship.
