1 moDivided; the term “tribal” is frequently used. I even use it myself, though it doesn’t truthfully apply. Unlike tribal peoples, we live, work and function quite normally in close proximity to many people who vote very differently from ourselves. My experience suggests that we can even effectively debate issues generally with little problem. It’s not until we start discussing policies and, god forbid, candidates, that extremism rears its ugly head.
In the US, 90% of voters are registered as republican or democrat, and too few can see past the ‘D’ or the ‘R’.
The two party scam has the plebeians hopelessly deadlocked against each other. All the while the ruling elite trample on our civil liberties and constitutional rights in the name of greed, and nothing ever changes for the better.
That is the kind of society ours is.00 Reply

Well the odds are that I'm probably doing something right because I'm not going to follow what Society thinks or when all the Sheep make we are being programmed each and every day we are being led to slaughter and if people don't like me for what I do more power to them because I could care less
I see and I feel things deeper the most people I see things in detail big picture and little picture I feel things energies and emotions and I don't care what other people think about than what I did or how I did it because it's none of their concern but I do things I do everything for a reason and it's usually a positive reason but I'm not going to follow anybody not unless there when I believe in00 Reply
1.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I don't get your question and I am not entirely sure how to answer it.
Am I supposed to congratulate or pat people on their back for making stupid decisions that affect others in a very negative way? I can't do that in any type of society.
People are entirely free to make their stupid choices, but I have every freedom and every right to criticize said decisions when they affect the well being of other people.10 Reply

1 moThen don't tell people how you voted. Ballots are in private for a reason. When you're spending your life simping for one side and continually trying to score points against the other you bring the hatred upon yourself.

You kind of have a point. I don't understand why certain people feel the need to announce their political views to the world. Then they complain when they receive backlash
- 1 mo
Announcing is one thing but when you're posting memes day in day out ridiculing and denigrating the other side it gets noticed by your neighbours and work colleagues. Don't call people libtards then expect people not to shit in your sandwiches at work.

Or "Trumptards"> it works both ways. But maybe one side was doing it more and the other finally took revenge

1 moWe are the kind of society where your actions have consequences. If MAGA cult members choose to commit treason and vote against their country, fine, you had your say.
Now the rest of us get to judge whether you trash are anything we want to be friends with, date, marry, work with, or help with a flat tire. And the answer is no, we don’t want to hold our nose and pretend you aren’t gutter trash.

1 moAs long as they are registered legal voters, it is fine to vote anyway they want. The unwelcome voters are the illegal voters wanted by AMERICA LAST DEMOCRATS [ Communist Party] in order to overthrow the government.

00 Reply27.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. We have a very divided country. Sarah Huckabee described it very appropriately when she said that there are two groups, normal and crazy.

@Amy10223 yes, I think it started when Obama was president. I work at an urban college. I started working there in 2002 and in the cafeteria the black kids and the white kids used to sit together. Fast froward ten years and the black kids sit on one side and the white kids sit on the other.

You have no idea what happened in the course of 10 years between those students. And you blame Obama, without even asking them anything about what happened. Obama didn’t separate them any more than you separated from a black friend, if you even have any.
I think you are also confusing what might have been a quarrel with racism, and the division in this country due to morality. You confuse morality with political party.
In other words, you don’t think Trump does anything wrong. You think those who don’t like him, don’t like him because he is a Republican (for now, because he was once a Democrat when it was convenient for him). You don’t realize and probably never will— that those who don’t like him due to the fact that he has no MORAL compass. We see him for what he is and for what he’s done. And it’s not good.
Don’t forget that he once said, if he were ever president he would be a republican, because they’re easily fooled and are the stupidest people. - 1 mo

@Amy10223 President Trump will be known as one of the best Presidents in the last 100 years. The results of his policies will be felt for generations.
After less than two years we have a secure border, lower taxes, a vibrant economy, less crime, and less unemployment. America is no longer the butt monkey for the rest of the world and is no longer the dumping grounds for the dregs of humanity - 1 mo
He='s already listed as one of the worst in Wikipedia--so no chance of that either. The only ones whoo will remember their cult leader as being great, are cultists.
The border is still not secure, instead, ICE agents are killing people left and right, both legal and illegal. They are killing Americans too. And of course you don't care. Unemployment is higher than it was under Biden; the job growth rate is at an all time low. Groceries are still expensive, and the National Deficit has grown about 2 trillion dollars or more now. Trump's all time rating approval is down to about 33% now. If you call that great--then congrats. - 1 mo
So can Fox News, and they do. WIKIPEDIA is NOT fiction. Otherwise it would not be allowed to be published. So, I trust Wikipedia more than anything on Fox, which is what you watch. They outright lie ALL the time. That's your church right there. You are in such denial. You probably dont even believe in the EPSTEIN files!
