Is the truly happy millionaire or billionaire just an illusion?

I know people who made it big and earned big money, but they work 3 times harder than median paid employees and median educated citizens in the country. They also have very high levels of stress that bleed into their social relationships with others, and the ones who don't still work very hard.

I know somebody who is a millionaire, He owns his own contracting business and worked hard and became successful. He still works hard but he stills seems excited about it and he does a lot of things outside of work. I used to workout wiht him and we often went for after workout beers. He always seemed like a pretty happy guy.

Look at Trump he is rich while the rest of us try to make ends meat but he does not seem happy, but I'm a broke college student and I'm happy!

Majority of millionaire or a few billionairs probably inheritanced that money and follow this mindset. Ultimately you don't see them on tv because they are doing their own thing.

Now I wouldn't call it happy but that is a very positive potential. Notice how he describes working even with a demanding boss with 2.5 million in the stock market system. It's just baseline. From there you are truly financially unburded and independent of outside forces to create your own happiness.

Probably not. Personality influences happiness. Billionaires don't work like that because they're rich the work like that because they can't stop. Combine that kind of constant work with tallent and luck and you get a Billionaire.

You are probably happier in ways and more stressed and less happy in others. At least you can drive a ferrari and know you have a nice place to stay and provide. Id rather be in that situation.
