Are people missing the real root of anger and forgiveness in life?

I have met individuals that believe they are angry because they are wronged and I would say, that is incorrect, they are angry, because their brains are wired to hold onto grudges due to trauma or poor behavioural training by their community or family as children.

Everybody on earth has been unfairly addressed and terribly gossiped about and emotionally abused at some point in their lives, it is a universal factor for everyone, it is just, the ones with healthy adaptability skills, can forgive or at least forget and ignore those that have been ill bread and unfair to them, while the ones with poor adaptability skills, hold grudges to infinity.
