Well off people or just someone willing to spend the money. There are mechanics who have cars like that. They get junk ones and know how to restore them. Personally I don't think a lot of high end cars like that are much good. They're hard to repair , stuff breaks. The rich put up with it because of the status. It's a calling card. It means you know how to make and handle money You understand the culture and how to move in those circles. You're someone with influence that's worth doing buisiness with.

Well it's obviously a very expensive car. But I'd call it a car for stupid people with money rather than the rich. A 6,000 lb behemoth is just not gonna be any fun to drive. And I drive my cars like I stole em. That thing is fine if you just want to be chauffeured around in quiet comfort isolated from the world. But you could buy a Mercedes S550 for 1/3rd the price. The Mercedes would be just as unreliable, just as boring to drive, and, just as quiet.

If it's version with 5cm thick glass and hydraulic supported doors with armor plates, that can survive a ATGM hit, 200kg Semtex explosion and a AK-47 auto fire cases just scratches in paint... then it's a super rich car.
Normal models are just overpriced toys.

I wouldn’t drive that fancy pile of shit if I was rich, I actually want to get to my destination. My dad’s boss in the early 90’s had a $250,000 Rolls Royce. That would be a $600,000 car new these days. Anyways, that hunk of shit was in the shop every month and he drove a Lexus LS400 everywhere

You would have to be wealthy or frivolous to throw money away on a car like that. It attracts far too much attention. It is an extremely well-built car that will probably last a long time, so you'll have lots of time to have people chasing after you and damaging it repeatedly because they hate you for being able to buy it.
