Is indecent exposure law sexist toward women and girls compared to men and boys?

As the weather is getting hotter and hotter. I noticed how teenage girls and boys are exposing a lot of skin.
But it seems to me that the girls and even are more criticism for exposure than boys and men. Why?
Beaches they may be less noticed but in the middle of the city or town, women and girls seems more criticise than in beaches. Why?

It depends where you draw the line and what exactly 'indecent' means.

If you refer to beachside resorts, it's common for men to go shirtless in the vicinity of the beach. Women in bikini will get stared at by some men, so it's not exactly comfortable for us to show that much 'skin', as you put it. Men have a huge advantage there. On the beach itself it's OK.

In all other circumstances, wearing a top and shorts for women is not indecent. Nor are bare legs or shoulders.

If they prevent the exposure of the female breast but not the male breast, then they are sexist and possibily unconstitutional in the US because they discriminate on the basis of sex.

Here in Seattle, we don't have any prohibition against indecent exposure, which I think is good. Still we seldom see people naked in the street.
