How serious is sexism and misgony in the court of law?

Like if someone is served to go to court for misgony and sexism content and responses pertaining to a business.

Not sure, I'll probably find out soon since a female journalist just served me papers because after she called me a "dictator" and I replied that I'm not - since I allow two-cents hacks like her to keep writing, wasting precious paper and overall making sure more trees would be cut down, worsening global warning so she could keep putting out her steaming piles of cow dung.

She said I'm being sexist because of the "cow dung" comment, apparently because she identifies as the animal in question - I replied that wasn't my intention, since cows are beautiful and useful creatures, and that she's more akin to a rat or a maggot for the stink she causes.

After this livello talk about small critters, which I broadcasted on Facebook, she decided to communicate only through her lawyer.
