Should anyone ever be immune from arrest based on age, race, or religion?

No matter what crime they done. Once you pass a certain age, should you be immune from prosecution from crime.

No matter how old you are, once you do a crime, you can not be arrested.

Is that right?

Does race or religion should play a part in your decision.

No. I don’t even accept that the mental deterioration that is common in elderly people is any excuse to not hold them accountable.
“Not guilty by reason of mental defect” does NOT mean ‘no longer a danger to society’. The whole point of the legal system is to protect law abiding citizens from deadbeats and criminals. Lock them up or execute them. I don’t care which. Mercy for the wicked is cruelty for their victims.
Any judicial policy, order or ruling that fails to protect law abiding citizens should be perceived as traitorous and the DAs, judges and justices responsible should be held accountable as such.

No I don't agree with any of that. No person should be immune to prosecution based on any of those factors. That would be a terribly lawless society to live in if certain people could walk around committing crimes willy nilly because of their race or religion. Age also is not an excuse.

I have a feeling that society would collapse. I am no expert in laws but the get away with murder saying comes to mind. No one should be able to.
