Why do some people repeat conspiracy theories as if they are facts?

There is no evidence Lyndon Johnson was involved in John F. Kennedy’s assassination.

Feelings are not evidence. Some people having a feeling Lyndon Johnson might have been involved is not evidence.

I have watched videos on YouTube about Lyndon B Johnson and I have seen comments like this

“He killed JFK”

It sounds to me like these people are stating it as a fact. It hasn’t been proven he had a role in John F Kennedy’s death. There is no evidence.
