Their control over the strait is hampered and over 900 vessels are confirmed to leave with oil futures around $84 to $90.
Iran has destroyed its credibility regionally.
There is no agreement for Oman and Iran to hold the strait because it's international waters, and therefore illegal. It was an agreement to share management during the crisis. Only Iran claims control.
Iranian proxies have been destroyed. Even the Lebanese are finally standing against Hezbollah.

I have relatives with Christian Iranian in-laws in country running for their lives and they are annoyed that Trump isn't doing enough. You don't start a war you don't plan on finishing that's so far beyond stupid. I know what's going on. Iran didn't care about it's people 6 months ago and they care even less now under the new leader. They are going to rebuild for the controlling class at $90 a barrel and sell as much oil as they want, when last year they had sanctions. Iran has no pressure to end it because it was in shambles before the war and the bombing barely made it worse. It's a lateral move.
