i think most times yes. until a case is blown up in the media a woman is more likely to escape justice than a man. there's more leniency for women in general.

If you mean de jure (as written), then generally no, there are not. But in society women are still punished for behavior that is tolerated in men. In the US school dress codes are primarily written to regulate girl's clothing. Women regularly face harassment in the workplace. I've seen it multiple times on engineering teams. High control religions, whether Christian, Muslim, or Hindu strictly control the sexual behavior of young women, with severe consequences for a woman who does not conform. It's still a man's world.

No, not significantly. Much criminal male behavior is not prosecuted or has minimal consequences. We have seen multiple occasions where young men convicted of sexual assault are given light sentences, most recently in the case in Britain where several young men convicted of gang rape were essentially allowed to go free. Fortunately the sentence was appealed and on appeal they were sentenced to prison.

You just really can't see how men are oppressed at all, can you? How about in civil courts, like in divorce courts? Do you think men experience any oppression there?

no they kinda dont. most divorces are started and filed by women and lots of men dont even try to gain custody of any of the children. also prenups exist

Most often women suffer financially when they divorce. Men who asked their wives not to work then complain when their wives receive their share of the joint property on divorce.

This question is not about the history of inequality that was imposed on women. It's been a long time since that happened. I'm not surprised you brought it up, but I just want to remark that it's irrelevant. You also failed to answer my question.

No, this is incorrect. Women get more money when they divorce, and men wind up with less money. Practical matter: very few women pay alimony, and very few women, if they do, pay child support. Those things are routinely paid by men.
