Well to start off of the left win congress in November they will impeach Trump just for being Trump.
Now the reality is the information being sold is the same information you and I will get but they will get it milliseconds sooner. This is unprecedented because never before has a president owned a social media platform. X also sells the same service it. It’s called (API) application programming interface. It means these people will get the post the same time it goes to Truth social. Now it takes a few milliseconds to be posted… that’s what’s being sold.
My opinion…. I don’t care. Like I said X is selling the same thing.
Let’s remember the reason Donald Trump owns TruthSocial. It’s because the left illegally had him booted off every social media out there. In attempts to keep him from winning the presidency and it worked. Trump lost 2020 because of all the bullshit that the left did, including Covid 19. The left ruined the economy that made Americans suffer just to better their chances in 2020.

Exactly right, and it doesn't matter what the law says if nobody can or will enforce it. Trump prevails most of the time because he inspires fear in people. In the past, I've compared him to a strong-arm robber who comes up to you on the street and threatens to beat you to death. If you don't give him your wallet, he'll be big enough and aggressive enough to take it. Trump threatens people with his money, his position, and his connections, and those are not trivial things. He actually can carry out his threats and has many times. So much for enforcement if you can't find anybody willing to try to enforce anything.

I don't know who Kyle Kulenski is. I manage a smallish fund part time for a brokerage. Our lawyers recommended staying away from this. The fines could be huge and not worth the risk getting involved. Trump probably has immunity from insider trading but the rest of us don't.

The market was rolling over starting in Feb and went up with every Trump tweet hinting the Iranians were close to accepting a deal. The joke was that after 2 down days on the market, Trump would announce they were close to a deal and everything would go up 1% each of the next few days. Just like this past week. Institutional investors have sold off 26% of their holdings in 2026 and are not participating in this bull run. It's being driven by retail buyers. The real buyers will get back in when this sellers market is over.
