I believe that the Country was it's greatest when American industries hired American workers to build quality products. Industry got it's tax write offs because of the amount of income tax generated by the working class. So much Social Security revenue that the politicians had trouble keeping their hands out of it. So much income tax collected that we could help other countries, But corporations are corporations. The CEO's job is to increase profits so the stockholders get fat dividends. Problem is that does not necessarily serve the employee. Ceo's sent the jobs away to protect their jobs, The American worker who had built most of the industries was betrayed and hung out to dry. With the decrease in income tax revenues and likewise Social Security. Our super structure started to collapse. Our economy soon followed. Desperate youth started believing in anything that would preserve affluence. Even if it cut their own throats. Youth are expecting the Jobs to return so that they can afford the standard of living their parents could afford. Yet the average American salary is so low that we will soon have a housing glut. Two people working full time average about $70,000 yearly and are relying on a business man to run their country who has been bankrupt 5 times abd blames the countries problems immigrants. What I believe is that If America believes he has any intention on fixing any economy but his own, we are in trouble. What I believe in is the American Political System. Make Sure you don't render it ineffective.

Here's the thing, I don't believe he blames the immigrants. I do believe he's taking the immigrants away from corporations though. He's forcing the corporations to hire American workers again. He is actually the most anti corporate president we've had in awhile.

You point out real problems. Not sure how to fix it. The consensus (conspiracy?) Has created schools that teach ignorance about economics, civics and history. One way to change things is to avoid spending our money to institutions who are stealing our liberty. One is Coca Cola. But we have to know who they are and why. But schools don't teach critical thinking. They teach propaganda and FEELZ. I personally believe that the 250 year American experiment is coming to an end and storm clouds are heading our way. One thing is certain. Socialism/Communism is not the answer. Maybe we have to Balkanize and start over.

Something to break the cycle because if we don't break it extreme aristocracy will be followed by Revolution and communism. There has got to be a middle ground.

Unlike many distracted ones I want to focus just on economic issues, everything is pretty much a distraction designed to not make us advocate for this but random other things that don't matter.
Better safety net for the poor, universal healthcare, social housing, lower cost of food, etc to other welfare help, Every state to not sales tax 5 already exist like this and show funding can be done in other ways.
Overall the aim would be to lower the living cost which ya know anyone who's not rich should agree with?
I'd want to see that shift from how now its basically 70% Capitalism leaning to 30% Socialism when we go by private vs social programs, I would want to see this at 50/50 at least and at best the reverse so 30/70.
I don't aim for a 100% because its not realistic and such number change to 50/60/70 would massively help anyway, without really changing much for companies or the rich who'd still exist in such system and no doubt still make massive profits.

Also importantly don't do what UK does creating a welfare trap, they should allow more freedom and leeway to those trying to move up in life, with a slower cut off. The problem stems from them trying to keep you poor this is not something that should exist.
Fraud exists but fraud is not the same as trying to actually become wealthy without a job so you can pay taxes, and lets be more real only a few smart people are going to figure out how to obtain wealth while poor. So it matters little, and when they do gain that wealth guess what they become a tax payer who will give back anyway.
This point matters because not everyone disabled or poor can get a job so its a punishment towards them. Along with ya know AI/Tech that'll no doubt replace more jobs and make it even harder.

You could have affordable healthcare for everyone, better worker rights, a decent pension system and much more that would reduce the inequality between the poor/normal people and the super rich ones, without really hurting the latter group.

That Northern Europe has free health care, plenty of socialist programs and doesn't look like communist North Korea.

It isn't Venezuela where they are eating Zoo animals. That socialist countries in Northern European have some of the best standard of living and is consistently has the highest rating for overall happiness.

When I drive around Finland I feel safe. When I was in the USA last year I felt like I was going to have heart attack seeing all the crazy drivers who should not have license.

I believe that some people call socialist communism because they want to profit off your misery and suffering. That's what I believe.
