That's what I have seen so far in real life, even though online people say otherwise. Growing up, I have always seen guy friends who actively belittle fellow girls actually get the most success in dating. Sometimes you can argue that the relationships don't last; that might be true, but they always seem to find a new one quickly.
My current housemate is a typical working class British lad but highly right-wing. He openly talks about women making society miserable; they shouldn't have voting rights or education, or are only good for babies. Yet has a long-term loving girlfriend who seems to agree with such, and the irony is she's the one earning more money than him and supplementing him. He always had no problem finding gfs either.
In school or in uni I knew lads like him, and they were actually the most successful in dating. What I have heard is that when you have strong values, women see those as more masculine.
