It's mostly white women benefitting from it, but trying to distance themselves from white men. These jobs they occupy could've been given to minorities. It's HR workers (mostly white women) preventing black men and women from getting jobs as people with black sounding names are less likely to get hired. In reality it's a facade, they don't care about poc. They care about virtue-signalling by villainizing white men and gender roles, while still adhering to gender roles and still mostly marrying white conservative men. They're just trying to save themselves.

it originally was an ideology to stand in solidarity against racial prejudice against black people. it has extended to overall awareness of racial and systemic oppression and injustices towards other marginalized groups like women and lgbtq+ people and other progressive issues.. literally the fucking antithesis of white supremacy.. so no, wokeness isn't white supremacy, its the opposite.

Yes, half of them have direct laws against apostasy. That doesn't mean the rest are open. Kuwait rips children away from parents that convert. Algeria blocks inheritance to those who leave the faith. Egypt has blasphemy laws that imprisons apostates. Jordan gives citizens the right to claim apostasy on others that leads to prison.
So, yes, even if it isn't "illegal" in other nations, laws make it impossible to convert.
So, yes, it's illegal to leave Islam in most every Muslim majority nation
