It's absurd. Burning fossil fuels is far worse that the few bird deaths due to windmills and has no impact on whales. Domestic cats kill billions of song birds. If we want to help birds we should make it illegal to allow cats outdoors unsupervised.

Trump will say anything if he thinks it will further his own interest. No doubt he has been supported by fossil fuel executives and is returning the favor.
