The laws rely too much on feelings not facts. Sometimes women jump to going to the police or lawyers before getting a trusted person to tell the person to change their behaviour or legal action might be taken. Misunderstanding is caused for good friends to be enemies. Or the person did not know or you have problems and taking it out on an innocent person?

Here is simple answer1- complain to person stop their behaviour. 2- You and friends go to person to tell them to stop.3- You and friends go to landlord or police to report person. Better than we have now

Had a woman accuse me of rape after refusing her advances. Luckily I had recorded on my phone the whole thing. there's are apps that allow the video camera on the phone to continue recording when the phone is locked. I recorded 12 hours of footage of me refusing her, including her undressing and sexually harassing me, and not raping her, going about my buisness, visiting the barber etc. Dash cam footage in the car.
