What laws do you feel are abused by women and abused by men?

Laws abused by wome:

• Domestic abuse, especially the Duluth Model. Which assumes a male abuser and female victim. Women can and do use it for malicious prosecution. And there have been cases where male victims of domestic violence have been jailed and convicted.
• Rape especially Title IX that again assumes a female victim and prevents a solid defense. Baring such things as evidence and witnesses for the defense.
• Assault, especially public assault. Most police and bystanders do not engage in a situation where a woman is assaulting a male victim.

As for laws that men abuse:

• Rape, as the evidentiary standard is pretty high

Men abuse the law that you can't punish somebody for abuse without proof because gathering evidence is difficult and if you fail to gather evidence properly or convincingly, you could get charged for slander even if you were actually abused, just could not prove it to the jury's satisfaction and contentment.

Woman abuse the fact that people side with them in situations where both the man and the woman equally fight and hurt each other. My cousin's husband hit her just as often as she hit him, but he got charged for it and she didn't cause he was a man and people have the presumption that men are more abusive towards woman than woman are towards men.

What do you mean with abusing a law? Laws are there for a reason. You can disagree with the reason, you can think the reason is unfair but you are not abusing the law then. Or do you mean things like breaking specific laws with abusing a law? Or do you mean using a law for something it was not intended for?

It is very real and sadly many women abuse the laws that protect your sex to protect their partner. Your women pride and judgment must never be question when it comes to love.

I mean in america I guess the biggest thing is:
Using state vs. Country laws to abolish abortion rights. (Mostly by men)
On the same note: satanists claimed that abortion was part of their religion and for a short time was a legal place for it, because religious freedom was rated higher than the new abortion laws.

I also think this is a big problem in america it is also used a lot of times here: Using two laws against each other specifically even two parts of our constitution free speech vs. Human dignity (and some more points even). Especially concerning anti lgbtq+ people and hate speech.

Your on the right tracks. But more like there are women in prison for rape. As they knew or found out that their partner or husband raped some one but lies to the police. Even claims that the victim's family is stroking her and her kids.
This means the police has to was time investigating het lies. Sometimes she is caught out and go to jail. Though using children welfare to avoid it.

women get lighter sentences than men for the same crime and family court laws, paternity fraud laws, domestic violence laws, false rape accusation laws etc. are laws that can be abused by women or at least society allows them to abuse those laws
