Who else is feeling the absolute betrayal?

I voted for Trump 3 times, and I am feeling this devistating betrayl and regret. I am not going to be prideful and try to hide, deny, or twist it. I feel sick about it.

1. Foreigners are everywhere. I was at the mall the other day, and it seemed like a foreign country. I interacted with some of these people, and they could barely even speak English. The workers at the food court and all around were Latino or Hispanic. A lot of them have these attitudes. They are not afraid, they are not hiding, and they are most certainly going about their day with no fear of detainment/repercussions. Our communities are being socially engineered, and no one is doing anything about it.

2. The new housing development is all rentals and high density apartments. The whole "own nothing" initiatives are alive and well with no intention of being stopped.

3. Flock cameras are everywhere. Despite massive backlash and controversy, they are not coming down. We are being tracked, logged, and profiled every time we drive past them. This is what they do in dystopian Communist regimes like China, but it has arrived here in our supposed "Free" nation.

4. The costs of basic necessities like groceries, utilities, and fuel still strain the average, everyday American

5. Data centers are still a threat to farmlands and rural communities, with some families facing immiment domain of their properties to run massive power poles and lines. There are recent examples of immenent domain in Georgia and Virginia. They are taking our farmland to build massive data centers and high-density apartment rentals.

6. H1B visas and outsourcing of American jobs to foreign countries remains a huge problem. Typical middle class roles are being decimated, and the threat of AI automation has displaced a lot of tech workers and white collar jobs, pushing people to scramble to find what they are going to pursue next.

1. Closing the border is one act of importance. Proactively getting these millions of people OUT is another act of importance too that needs to resume being carried out aggressively.

2. No, that is not the definition of capitalism. Starter homes and selling homes for the purpose of homeownership is a form of capitalism. Rentals and forever rent scenarios more align with communism where people do not own private property. I support the opportunities of private ownership: whether that be software, media, or homes. This "own nothing; be 'Happy'" initiative is a perverse form of an economy of its own where only elite mega landlords own property and everyone else will not.

3. So what you are saying is because there are already existing forms of mass surveillance that there should be more? What's next, facial recognition and a social credit system?

4. Bringing jobs back home to Americans does not entail outsourcing a lot of our jobs overseas and bringing foreigners in when new graduates cannot even land jobs in their industries.

5. Private citizens should not have to sacrifice their own land. That is not capitalism. That is theft, or a forceful taking of.

6. There are plenty of Americans who have not only graduated high school but have pursued post-secondary education, often 4 year programs and beyond, to prepare themselves for careers in their industries that are left in the dark right now. Americans FIRST. Americans ONLY!

@msc545 Capitalism is fine as long as one not only grows their own piece of the pie but also grows the entire pie along with it. When one grows their piece of the pie by shrinking/consuming everyone else's, that is where the problem exists. We are in a K-style economy. The rich are getting richer while everyone else is getting poorer. The healthy middle class that once existed has now vanished. The middle class is the beacon of prosperity and provides avenues for advancement. When the rungs of the ladder of success have disintegrated, you have people stuck at the bottom unable to advance. The hole gets deeper and deeper where it becomes hopeless trying to climb out.

President Trump cannot get everything done in a year and a half. Some things have been messed up for many years. To expect miracles overnight is not rational. Trump had deported over 4 million illegal aliens despite all the roadblocks thar democrats have thrown up. Trump had overturned most of the liberal hack judges anti America rulings. More illegals were deported last July than any other month in history and August is on track to be better.

Inflation has been tamed. Before the action in Iran it was 2.5% which is down from the 9.9% it was when Biden was president.

Trump wants the US to be the leader in AI technology. Therre are places un the country that put a moratorium on data centers. They will be left behind while sttes like Virginia and Texas reap the benefits.

The only betrayal I feel is against John Thume and other RINO Republicans who failed to pass the SAVE act

We are nearing halfway through Trump's presidency, and home prices are still out of control, grocery prices are through the roof, and inflation is straining average Americans. I am feeling worse and worse off as the days progress. I am having to juggle car repairs vs food. Bills are getting more behind. I am sinking more and more financially, and it is not like I am living a lavish, wealthy lifestyle.

grocery prices are not rising as fast as when biden was president. Trump had begun to import beef to get beef prices down. The Strait of Hormuz has been cleared of mines and ships have been getting through. It is now a US territory so it will be opened for business this will bring gas prices down.
