Henry Ford recognized the trend way back. The only way to increase stock prices and dividends for his Corporation, was to sell more Cars. His own employees could not afford the products they made. In other words he was choking his own corporation. Ford's resolve was to increase his employees wages and offer them ways to afford his autos. It worked. Take away? There is a working middle ground between. Slave Labor and Workers Ownership. Industrialist (and I don't like using the term) do need an incentive to engage in industry. And it is not feeding the masses. America was greatest when workers were generating large amounts of income tax so that America could be the big brother helper. The American Dream was achievable albeit not sustainable for a lifetime. America stopped investing in the American worker the system toppled, the balloon popped, But remember workers at least purchase and participate in the consumer society. The money flows back. AI does not make purchases and is not a consumer. So the money does not come home. It just becomes stagnant. Ok class you may now close your books. Lets go get a beer.

I always say that USA is better than other countries about money because the money of USA is valuable and strong.
